Yes, you read that right! Our personality is not a single, monolithic entity, but rather a dynamic system made up of different sub-personalities or “parts”.
These parts can be thought of as different aspects of ourselves, each with their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Some parts may be more dominant than others, while some may be hidden or suppressed.
Our 6-week “parts work” program guides you in developing a stronger, more loving connection with yourself. Through a series of exercises, meditations, and reflective practices, you’ll:
- Identify and understand your inner parts
- Release limiting beliefs and patterns
- Cultivate self-compassion and empathy
- Integrate your inner wisdom
- Enhance your sense of purpose and direction

Week 1: Introduction to Parts Work
- Overview of the concept of parts work
- Identifying your different parts (e.g. inner critic, inner child, etc.)
- Setting intentions for the workshop
Week 2: Getting to Know Your Parts
- Exercises to help you connect with your different parts
- Journaling and reflection prompts to understand their roles and patterns
- Introduction to self-compassion and active listening
Week 3: Understanding Inner Conflict
- Identifying areas of inner conflict and tension
- Exploring the different perspectives and needs of your parts
- Introduction to mediation and negotiation techniques
Week 4: Building Inner Harmony
- Practicing self-compassion and understanding with your parts
- Building bridges between conflicting parts
- Introduction to visualization and mindfulness techniques
Week 5: Integrating Your Parts
- Deepening your connection with your parts
- Practicing integration techniques (e.g. inner dialogue, visualisation).
- Exploring the concept of inner wholeness
Week 6: Embodiment and Expression
- Bringing your parts into your physical body
- Exploring creative expression (e.g. art, writing, movement)
