But inside, you may feel tired, wired, overwhelmed, irritable, disconnected, emotionally overloaded or unable to properly rest.

This workshop is for people who keep functioning, but can feel that something inside them is under strain.

About the workshop

Why You Feel Exhausted Even When Life Looks Fine is a 90-minute trauma-informed online workshop designed to help you understand chronic stress, nervous system overload and the hidden cost of constantly being “on.”

Many high-functioning people do not recognise the signs of nervous system overload because they are still managing life, work, family and responsibilities. But the body may still be carrying the impact of prolonged stress, pressure, emotional responsibility, burnout or unresolved trauma.

This workshop will help you understand why rest may not feel restful, why you may feel exhausted even when life looks “fine,” and how small, repeatable practices can begin to support nervous system regulation, flexibility and capacity.

This workshop may be helpful if you:

  • feel tired but wired

  • struggle to switch off

  • keep pushing through even when you are depleted

  • feel overwhelmed by small things

  • experience high-functioning anxiety

  • feel emotionally overloaded or disconnected

  • find it hard to rest without guilt

This workshop is not therapy

This is an educational workshop, not a therapy session.

You will not be asked to share personal trauma, disclose private information, or speak in the group. You are welcome to simply listen, reflect and take what feels useful.

The workshop is designed to be gentle, practical and trauma-informed.

Danka Fiedor is a Registered Psychologist and EMDR therapist based in Sydney. She works with adults experiencing trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation.

Her approach is trauma-informed, practical and grounded in helping people understand the connection between the mind, body and nervous system, so they can develop more confidence, self-awareness and capacity in daily life.
